THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

ALL ENTRANTS MUST HAVE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS.

This sweepstakes begins November 1, 2023 and is open to all legal United States residents at least 18 years old at time of entry, except employees of Swimwear Anywhere Inc. and any of its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, retailers, suppliers, vendors, sales representatives, distributors, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and the immediate families and household members of each. Sweepstakes ends February 1, 2024 Void where prohibited.

To enter: Register for the sweepstakes by submitting a complete product review online on BeachHouseSwim.com between November 1, 2023 and February 1, 2024. A review may be positive, neutral, or negative in content and be a valid sweepstakes entry. One valid and complete product review equals one sweepstakes entry. Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid. "SPAM" or fraudulent reviews will not be posted and all entries from said user will be void.

Alternate method of entry. No purchase necessary. You may also enter by writing your name, address, email, and phone number on a 3x5 notecard and mailing directly to Swimwear Anywhere Inc, Ratings & Reviews Sweepstakes, 85 Sherwood Ave., Farmingdale, NY, 11735.

Entries must be received by BeachHouseSwim.com by 11:59 PM EST February 1, 2024. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Swimwear Anywhere Inc. and its agencies are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete registrations, reviews, or entries.

Swimwear Anywhere Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Swimwear Anywhere Inc. corrupt the administration, security or proper administration of sweepstakes. Swimwear Anywhere Inc. is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

Swimwear Anywhere Inc.'s decisions are final and binding with regard to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Swimwear Anywhere Inc. will select one winner from all the eligible entrants.

All entries become property of Swimwear Anywhere Inc. Except at Swimwear Anywhere Inc.'s discretion, no cash redemptions, substitutes, or transfer of prizes allowed. Prize winner grants to Swimwear Anywhere Inc. the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Any and all taxes on prizes are responsibility of winner. As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors and the advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, taxes, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, loss, damage, system damage, loss of property or data, accidents, injuries, or death, (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstake, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs. 

*WINNER DETERMINATION. Swimwear Anywhere Inc. will select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries/product reviews received. For the avoidance of doubt, provided that the product review/photo or video (if applicable) is in compliance with these Official Rules, the content of the product review/photo or video (if applicable) will not be taken into account in selecting the prize winner. Potential winner will be contacted via e-mail and may also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) and/or documents confirming/perfecting/effecting Swimwear Anywhere Inc.’s ownership rights in the entry/product review (perhaps including permissions from third parties) and/or additional representations/warranties as to the accuracy of product review, within (5) business days. If winner cannot be contacted for any reason, is determined to be ineligible or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the random drawing.  By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules & decisions of Swimwear Anywhere Inc. and its agencies, which are final & binding in all respects.
