Standard Ground orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday and excludes holidays. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order in 4-8 business days being placed.
2 DAY AIR (3-4 Business Days)
2nd Day Air orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday and excludes holidays. Customers can expect delivery within 3-4 business days after the order is placed. Signature may be required upon delivery.
NEXT DAY AIR (2-3 Business Days)
Next Day Air orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday and excludes holidays. Customers can expect delivery within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Signature may be required upon delivery.
Although unusual, in the event of an delay, we will notify you by email. Please Note: We have the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Affected customers will be notified by Customer Service.
ALASKA & HAWAII – U.S.P.S. 3-Day Mail
Alaska & Hawaii orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday and excludes holidays. You can expect to receive your order via U.S.P.S. 3 Day Mail 3-4 business days after it was shipped.

RETURNS HELP & INSTRUCTIONS
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items purchased from BeachHouseswim.com only. Items purchased in-store or through other on-line locations other than BeachHouseswim.com will not be accepted.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange your items, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or exchange within 30 days from purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or exchange.
TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL
- Complete the Return/Exchange Form attached to the packing slip that you received with your merchandise.
- Indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as refund or exchange for another item, size or color.
- Place the Return/Exchange Form in the box with your merchandise.

Please send your package including the Return/Exchange form via a prepaid, traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is included. Return mailing expense is not refundable.
We will process your return and follow your instructions. Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. In the event that an exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling costs will be incurred. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including color. However, the actual color displayed on your screen will depend on your local computer system and monitor settings. As a result, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
